Laura knows the transformational power of fitness and loves to help others experience it for themselves. Her fitness journey includes outdoor boot camps, weightlifting, running, and cycling. Now in her 50s, she finds Square Code the perfect combination of low-impact cardio, strength training, and recovery. When she’s not at the studio, Laura is supporting entrepreneurs, earning her master’s in counseling, playing the bass, or kayaking.
