Pilar Monroe

Lead Coach - Pilar discovered square:code FITNESS during an outdoor pop-up workout and has been in love with the concept ever since. She received a B.S. in Exercise Science from Virginia Commonwealth University and is also certified as an exercise physiologist through ACSM. Shortly after graduating, Pilar discovered her passion for group fitness. She enjoys helping people reach their healthiest selves by empowering and educating them through their fitness journeys. In her free time she enjoys reading self-development books and cuddling with her 2 cats.

Liz has loved fitness for as long as she can remember and became involved with sports at a young age, growing up in a family where everyone was playing something. Liz's passion for fitness eventually grew to the point where she became a CPT and functional specialist. Following years of participation in and coaching in the boutique fitness industry, Kellie combines operational expertise from her corporate career with knowledge and passion into a fierce package built for success.

Denisse is a Registered Nurse, US Army veteran and proud Army wife who combines her background in Cardiac Rehabilitation with over 15 years of experience in the areas of group fitness, personal training, and nutrition coaching. She is a certified ACSM personal trainer and Precision Nutrition coach and has participated, and placed, in international body building figure competitions. She also loves running, cycling, and yoga. As a coach she strives to motivate and inspire you to live a fit, balanced, and healthy lifestyle without going to extreme methods. Her motto is "Find your discipline, have faith, inspire others along your journey - that's how you will transform yourself".
